Computer diagnostics for working fleets

Titan provides truck and heavy equipment computer controls diagnostics, including engine, transmission, and ABS systems. Bring the service to the location where your equipment is parked and discuss the next step without first organizing a trip to a shop.

Electrical and hydraulic diagnostics are also available. Describe what changed, when the issue occurs, and whether the asset is currently operating. Diagnosis and the resulting repair are discussed for your specific equipment.

A fault code is a starting point

Share any fault codes or warning messages exactly as displayed, along with photos if available. Describe intermittent symptoms, recent work, and the conditions when the problem appears. These details help Daniel understand the complaint before the appointment.

A code alone does not establish the repair or the parts needed. Onsite assessment helps determine what can be addressed at your location and whether additional work or parts are required.

Support for mixed equipment and systems

Titan’s listed equipment and system experience includes Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, Mack, Volvo, International, Peterbilt, Kenworth, WABCO and Bendix ABS, Eaton, and Allison. Titan is an independent service provider.

Capabilities depend on the model and system. Call with the equipment details and the problem to confirm diagnostic support. If multiple assets have issues, include a separate description and unit number for each.

Before you schedule

Do I need to know the fault code before calling?+

No. Describe the symptoms and any warning lights or messages you can see. Share the make, model, year if known, and where the equipment is parked.

Can a diagnostic visit include repairs?+

It may, depending on the diagnosis, site conditions, parts, and time required. Daniel will discuss which work can be completed onsite and any follow-up needed.

LESS MOVING EQUIPMENT.
